Terms for Using Our Services

Purchases, bookings, and waivers must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult age 18 or older with authority to act for the children in their care. By using our services, you confirm you have that authority and that the information you provide is accurate.

Each open-play purchase creates one QR code for one admission covering all children listed on that order. The date selected at checkout is the planned visit date, not a hard redemption date. If the QR remains unused, it may be redeemed on another open-play day during its original validity period.

Each child admission includes up to two adults at no additional admission charge. Adults above the total included allowance for the order are $4.99 each, plus applicable tax.

Validity begins at the purchase timestamp and ends immediately before the timestamp 365 elapsed days (8,760 hours) later. The QR code is invalid at that ending timestamp and afterward. A successful check-in uses the entire purchase for all children on the order, and the QR code cannot be reused.

Admission is subject to posted open-play hours, a current signed waiver for each participating child, safety requirements, and remaining availability within the 100-child daily capacity. If Little Playroom Cafe closes because of weather, maintenance, or an emergency, an unused QR code may be used on another open-play day within its original validity period, or the customer may request the refund or credit available under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Plans. We offer a fixed one-month pass, a discounted monthly auto-renew membership, and fixed three-month and annual passes, with the price and benefits shown at checkout.

Automatic renewal. The discounted monthly auto-renew membership renews automatically every month at the exact family total shown at checkout until you cancel. The 10% auto-renew discount cannot be combined with another promotion. Before checkout, we disclose the monthly total, billing interval, cancellation method, and obtain your express authorization to save the card with Square and make recurring charges.

Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring membership at any time by emailing playroommadison@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The one-month, three-month, and annual passes run for their stated term and do not automatically renew.

Changes. We may change membership prices or benefits on a going-forward basis. We will notify active members before a change to a recurring price takes effect.

Gift cards may be redeemed toward tickets, memberships, food, and other eligible purchases identified at purchase or redemption. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen except where required by law.

Party and private-event bookings may require a deposit. Deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and apply to your reservation.

Refund, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show terms may vary by purchase type and are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at littleplayroommadison.com/policies, which is incorporated into these Terms. The specific policy shown before payment is part of your purchase and controls for that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Use of the play facility requires a current, signed liability waiver and guardian consent for each participating child. The waiver, including its assumption-of-risk, release, and hold-harmless terms, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions, including supervision, health, hygiene, and safety requirements. We may refuse service to, or remove from the facility, anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of our rules, without refund to the extent permitted by law.

Security cameras may operate in and around the facility for the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.

The website, logos, content, and materials are owned by Little Playroom Cafe or our licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

Our website and online services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Little Playroom Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Risks related to physical play activities are addressed in the signed waiver.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Playroom Cafe and its members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your or your child's use of the website, services, or facility, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new Last updated date. Your continued use of the website or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, to the extent permitted by law.
