Clear Policies, No Surprises

How refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows work for tickets, memberships, gift cards, and parties.

Open Play Tickets

Tickets are for the date, time, and number of children selected at checkout.

  • Reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your reserved time by emailing playroommadison@gmail.com, subject to availability.
  • We do not issue cash refunds for customer cancellations or no-shows.
  • If Little Playroom Cafe closes for weather, maintenance, or an emergency, you receive a full refund or credit — your choice.
  • Every child needs a current signed waiver to enter; the waiver is free and separate from your ticket.

Memberships

  • Monthly Unlimited renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing playroommadison@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Monthly charges already made are not refunded, and memberships cannot be paused.
  • Three-month and annual passes run for their full term, do not auto-renew, and are not refundable or transferable.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards never expire.
  • They can be used for tickets, cafe items, parties, and memberships.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • Treat a gift card like cash — we cannot replace one that is lost or stolen without proof of purchase.

Private Parties

A $150 deposit reserves your date and is credited toward your party total.

  • Reschedule once without losing your deposit with at least 7 days' notice.
  • Cancel with at least 14 days' notice for a deposit refund. With less notice or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Extra guests who arrive, damages, and excessive cleaning may be charged per the deposit authorization you accept at booking.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • When a refund applies, it goes back to the original card through our payment processor (Square).
  • Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 24-48 business hours, depending on your bank.
